Our wapato trials at Pruitt Farms in Lake Oswego have come full circle and we are very pleased with the results. We have had no predation issues the elevated beds of our present grow site unlike our entire first year crop in 2007 where shade and predation decimated our root stock. Free of contaminates, this root stock was tested by the Department of Fish and Wildlife. We will begin our culinary application tests this fall when foliage drops and roots grow to full capacity as they store nutrients to self-nourish through the long winter months.

During March, chef is offering two French communal table dinners.
March 4th, we celebrate with a dinner inspired by friend and master chef Andre Soltner from Alsace.
The multi-course dinner is recession priced at $32.00pp + gratuity, with wine pairings offered if one decides to imbibe.March 18th, Terrace Kitchen celebrates the French region of Rhone/Alps. Again, a multi-course menu for $32.00pp + gratuity with wine pairings offered at an additional cost.
